92–95°C · medium grind ·

bloom 30s, then 3–4 pours to finish at 2:30–3:00. If the cup is tart → finer grind / +1°C. If bitter → coarser / −1°C.

Ritual (DRIPS): Open, unfold wings, attach, pour in 3–4 rounds, remove, sip~2 minutes..
